If you've found your way here, just coping no longer feels like enough.
Whether you're navigating grief, trauma, ADHD, Autism, the end of a relationship, or simply trying to find your way back to yourself, you don't have to make sense of it alone.
• Maybe you're grieving a loss, a relationship, or a version of the life you once had or planned.
• Maybe you've spent years trying to understand why your body reacts the way it does, why certain patterns keep repeating, or why you feel exhausted from holding everything together.
• Maybe you're exhausted from people-pleasing, holding everything together, or feeling disconnected from your own voice.
• Maybe you're living with ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence and want both practical support and greater self-understanding.
• Or maybe you're simply longing to feel more connected to yourself.
You don't have to keep fighting yourself to feel better.
We can begin by making sense of what you've lived through—and helping you reconnect with who you are.
Hi, I'm Jenny.
I help people who feel exhausted, disconnected, or like they've lost pieces of themselves along the way find their way back to who they really are.
We will look at the whole picture—your mind, your body, your relationships, and the systems and expectations that have shaped you.
Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience as a therapist, along with science, mindfulness, symbolism, and spirituality, I’ll help you understand what’s been weighing you down, reconnect with your own wants and needs, and become a clearer, more connected version of yourself.
Therapy is a place to remember yourself.
Meaningful change begins not by fighting who you are, but by understanding yourself more deeply.
I see people as whole, complex, and shaped by their relationships, histories, communities, and experiences. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with me?" we'll begin asking, "What has my life been asking me to understand?"
My approach combines evidence-based therapies—including EMDR, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care—with curiosity, symbolism, and a deep respect for the wisdom you already carry and
Therapy with me is collaborative.
I won't tell you who you should become. Instead, I'll help you become more deeply connected to who you already are.
