Induced After Death Communication is a method that allows a grieving person to heal the deep sadness that they live with after the death of a loved one. IADC was discovered by Dr. Allan Botkin and has been implemented by IADC trained therapists all over the world. You do not need to have any certain spiritual belief for this to be effective and most people who experience the After Death Communication from their loved one believe it was a real encounter. However, you do not need to believe that it was a real encounter to benefit from IADC. This is a beautiful healing technique that leaves the receiver in a state of peace and love. Check out the link posted on the Psychotherapy tab for more information on IADC.
What is an ADC? An ADC can be any communication from your loved one.
- A smell that reminds you of them
- Seeing an animal or insect that makes you think of your lost loved one (a bird, butterfly, etc., their favorite animal)
- Hearing a song that reminds you of them
- A dream with them in it where you see them or have a conversation with them
- Hearing them call your name
- Finding objects randomly that remind you of them
Any of these can happen during an IADC session or more. The point of IADC is not the communication (It may or may not happen). The point of an IADC is to help you feel more at peace with the death of your loved one and the easing of your grief.
The IADC sessions are two one and a half hour sessions on two back to back days. For my IADC sessions I also offer some extras like meditative support or an opportunity to journal.
You WILL leave with peace surrounding the death of your loved one.
